NOCHENEGRA 5 Anniversary
Nochenegra is a vinyl-only party and dancing club specializing in latin rhythms. Each event goes hand in hand with a concept, art direction, intervention of the venue and of course, an exquisite musical curatorship, which have made Nochenegra one of the most anticipated cultural events in Mexico City.
On the occasion of its 5th anniversary, Nochenegra invited us to create a series of 3 maximalist design posters inspired by the psychedelic and funky aesthetics of the Afro-Latin discography of the 70's, which results in a colorful image, with rhythm and visual strength, to transmit vibes of celebration and multiculturalism.
Nochenegra seeks to celebrate the extensive legacy of Afro-Latin, tropical, West Indian and Afro-descendant music, in a 100% vinyl event. A space for musical exploration, where the main Latin American record diggers meet and bodies move to the rhythm of the drum.
